3rd Semester

I continued this routine into the 3rd semester and now I added skipping – (that was easy when I was a teenager). This kind of combination continued until the onset of Arizona winter and then it was just swim and skip until winter was over. Some diet restrictions were followed, but body was doing well and metabolism was catching up good.

By the end of 3rd semester I could do 100 skips nonstop, run 5 miles in 1 hour and swim 4 laps nonstop. By now the people in my jogging path already knew me. My friends saw me running on sidewalk and were happy for me.
